LSE Handbook for Graduate Teaching Assistants

Introduction
The purpose of this handbook is to provide practical information and insight into teaching and the support of student learning at the LSE. The handbook combines 'in-house' briefing for those who have taught elsewhere, alongside some basic tips and suggestions on planning, preparation and delivery of class teaching and assessment which are particularly aimed at those of you new to the profession. It includes examples of practice from past class teacher, ideas and tools from specific departments, and links to further resources.
