Language Study: the language zone

Whether you are taking a language course with the LSE Language Centre or not, the Library has language learning facilities available to all users.

The Course Collection contains all the essential reading for degree option courses. Video material can also be found there. The Main Collection Language Zone contains a wide selection of audio, book and PC based learning material for many languages at all levels of ability. Most of these may be borrowed by LSE students and staff for a 3 day loan period. A selection of discs for CD-ROM based courses are available from the Ground Floor Service Desk. 

Staff of the Language Centre are available for advice on all aspects of Language Learning and the Language Showroom also has a selection of materials available as well as satellite TV .
