All applicants must use self registration before visiting the Library Reception with the necessary ID.
Please check your status before arriving to ensure you have brought the correct ID and your application can be processed quickly.
You must visit the Library within four weeks of submitting the self registration form online. Once showing all required ID the card should take 1 -2 working days.
