Fetch service for items held in closed access (or directly below Plaza)

From June to December 2008, all items in both closed access and in the open access area directly below the Plaza will be held in an external store.  This is to ensure their safety while work takes place on the Plaza area directly above it.

All items remain accessible to users, however please note that a reduced fetch service is in operation. 

• Next day fetches take place daily, from Monday to Friday only
• Please submit your fetch request by 5pm on the day before delivery is required
• An online fetch form is available via the Library Catalogue for LSE staff and students.  Visitors who have not yet registered can place requests in advance of their visit via a special instruction on the Library Catalogue (click on Fetch and use the email address displayed on the flash page).

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please note that 6,000 pamphlets are currently being digitised as part of a collaborative project with other major research libraries in the UK and are not available until early 2009.
