Activity: Save Selected Records
 

  1. Click in the check boxes for the records you want to save.
  2. Choose a Download format.
  3. Click on Print View.
  4. Click on File | Save As in your browser menu to display the Save Web Page dialog box.
  5. If necessary, click on the My Documents button on the Places bar to save the file to your H: space.
  6. Click on the Save button.
  7. Click on the Back button of your browser to return to the Search Results page.
