
Save Selected Records
- When you have made your selections for records to save (download), click
on the Print View button in Save Options to display the Item Report
Page.
- Click on File | Save As to display the Save Web Page dialog box.

- In the File name box, type an appropriate name for the file.
- Click on the Save as type list, ensure that Text File (*.txt)
is displayed as file type.
- If necessary, click on the My Documents button on the Places bar to
save the file to your H: space.
- Click on the Save button.
Activity: Save Selected Records
- Click in the check boxes for the records you want to save.
- Choose a Download format.
- Click on Print View.
- Click on File | Save As in your browser menu to display the Save
Web Page dialog box.
- If necessary, click on the My Documents button on the Places bar to
save the file to your H: space.
- Click on the Save button.
- Click on the Back button of your browser to return to the Search
Results page.
