
Check your Details using My Account
Everyone with borrowing rights at the LSE Library will have their own record
on the Library Catalogue. My Account provides access to your own record,
allowing you to check what items you have on loan and when they are due back,
renew books, view requests, and view outstanding fines.
When you use My Account, you will be prompted for your name, your Library
barcode number, and your PIN.

Note
Your Library barcode number is on your LSE Card, just above the barcode.
Your PIN is a four-digit number. Follow the link provided to go to LSEforYou
and obtain your PIN.

- From the Library Catalogue, click on the My Account button on the Library
Catalogue navigation bar at the top of the page to display the Self-Service
page.

- Type in your Library barcode number, your PIN and your last name. If you
do not have your PIN to hand, click on the Forgotten your Library PIN? link to
go to LSEForYou and get your PIN.
- Click on My References to see references to books in your personal list.
- Click on Logout on the Library Catalogue navigation bar, to leave your
session in your own Library account. You can continue searching after you have
logged out.
Activity: Check your Details using My Account
- Click on the My Account button at the top of the page to display the page
prompting you for your last name, Library barcode number and PIN.
- Type your Library barcode number, PIN and your last name, then click on
the Login button to display your record details.
- Check your record to see which items you have on loan and when they are
due back.
- Click on the Logout button to end your session in My Account.

Important
Remember to click on Logout after you have finished using your Library
account, to keep your personal details secure.
