
Browse by Title
If you know the title of a particular book and wish to find out where it is in the Library, one of the easiest ways to search for it is by browsing.
If you browse for a title, the Catalogue will produce an alphabetical list of titles that match your search terms.
- In the Find This box, type the title you are looking for.
- Select Title Browse from the Find Results In drop down list
- Click on the Search button to start the search.
- Click on the title link to display information about the author, publication date and other details of the publication.

Do not type initial articles, such as The, An or A. |
Activity: Browse by Title
- With the Quick Search page displayed, type: Lifting the Veil in the Find This box.
- Select Title Browse from the Find Results in drop down list.
- Click on the Search button to start the search and retrieve a list of titles.
- Click on the title link for Lifting the Veil in Cape Colony to display the brief bibliographic record for that publication.
- Click on the Back button of your browser to return to the search results page.
- Click on the title link for Lifting the veil : communal violence and communal harmony in contemporary India to display the brief bibliographic record for that publication.
