Library Liaison Contacts
Research support
The Librarys team of Liaison Librarians work closely with academic colleagues to provide the best possible resources for your research at LSE.
You can also find our collection policy for your subject area by following the Collections link on our homepage.
Dont hesitate to get in touch to discuss your research needs, or use our online recommendation form to request a book or journal title. For quantitative or mapping data, please contact the Data Librarian.
Teaching support
Please send your Liaison Librarian all reading lists in advance, or advise them by email of changes since last year's list. If your students report any difficulties in getting hold of textbooks during the term, let your Liaison Librarian know straight away.
Your Liaison Librarian will provide training for your students in literature searching, use of subject specialist resources (print and online) and the Schools reference management software, EndNote. These sessions are generally provided for Masters students but can be run for Undergraduates as well. Please advise your Liaison Librarian on the most appropriate time in the year for training sessions to be timetabled.
For more information about the Liaison Librarian for your department please refer to the A-Z of contacts. ^
