How to subscribe to the LSE-DATA-LIBRARY-ANNOUNCE list

Registering with LSE Mailing List Server

1) Click on this link: http://listserv.lse.ac.uk/wa.exe (you will be taken to LSE Mailing List Server homepage)
2) Click on Subscriber’s Corner
3) Click on get a new LISTSERV password http://listserv.lse.ac.uk/wa.exe?GETPW1=REPORT%26z=3 link at the top of the screen
4) Type in your LSE email address in the top box (e.g. datalibrary@lse.ac.uk ) and the password you would like to use in the other two boxes
5) Click on Register password
6) You will receive an email confirming your registration. Simply click on the provided URL to activate your password

Subscribing to an LSE Mailing List

1) Click on Subscriber’s corner
2) Type in your email and password
3) Click on Login
4) You will be given the option of saving your password as a ‘cookie’. This means you will only have to type it once and then the computer will remember it for you.

Click on follow this link if you would like your password to be set as a cookie.

5) Now you should be in Subscriber’s Corner
6) In List Table Options choose All lists
7) Click on Submit
8) You will see a list of all the Mailing list available to you. Select LSE-DATA-LIBRARY-ANNOUNCE list by clicking in the white box
9) Select Subscribe from the drop-down box at the bottom of the list
10) Click on Submit changes
