Archives and Rare Books Survey

From October-December 2008 the Archives Division will be running its biennial user survey. The responses we receive to the survey are vital in helping archives staff to develop and improve services in line with the requirements of our users. The results will inform the Archives Division’s planning over the next two years.

The responses to the 2006 survey have guided the ongoing development of the Archives Division web pages and the online Archive Catalogue and also the extension of available services throughout the evening and on Saturdays.

The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete and offers an opportunity to win £50 worth of book tokens or M&S vouchers. The winner will be contacted in January 2009.
