• The printed guide Floor plans and location tips is available in the Library and will help you to locate services and collections. Or take an audio tour.
• Help Desk staff are on the first floor for assistance in locating relevant materials. 
• For photocopying assistance, please see Copy Shop staff on the ground floor. 
• For IT-related queries, LSE students should ask IT Help Desk staff on the lower ground floor.
