During term time students in Residences with remote access, network configuration or virus problems should contact their Residence IT Advisor in the first instance.

Support for laptop points, wireless and access from home:

Students who are not in Residences who have problems connecting to LSE online resources, have virus infections, need academic data retrieval or hardware fault diagnosis should visit the Laptop Surgery in S198, or contact ITS.Remote.Support@lse.ac.uk by email.
