Software Sales Policy:

The IT Help Desk endeavours to have all relevant software for which we have a licence to distribute available for sale to students when they come to the IT Help Desk.  Where applicable, this includes installation instructions.

We can only accept credit or debit card payments *

NO CASH or CHEQUES can be accepted.
 

Refunds can only be approved and processed Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5pm

  • On campus users can click on the IP Based Authentication option to enter the site.
