Introduction

The ITS Programme Office (PO) exists to ensure the successful management of projects within IT Services and the wider school community.

The projects undertaken will be selected in line with the schools strategic objectives thereby achieving tangible benefits in line with the schools strategy.

Using the key roles of Programme Management, Business Analysis and Project Management the team will work with stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered using best practice techniques, with the industry recognised methodology of PRINCE2.
