Visions and Roles of Foundations in Europe aims to produce a systematic and comparative analysis of the current and future role of foundations in Europe, in the context of the prevalent and future policy environment in which they function. The project does not solely aim to provide a quantitative profile of foundations in Europe, but to examine their role and contributions in meeting the economic, cultural, environmental and educational needs of European societies.
