Table of fees

The tables of fees are arranged by academic year. Please select the year for which you are about to enrol.

The fees page outlines the various fee levels for each year. Specific details on course structure are more broadly covered in the prospectuses. (See quick links section below.)

Please note that fees are paid in each year (academic session) for which you are registered, and normally rise in each year. They do not stay the same as the year in which you started.

We show previous years as well as the current and next year to help you to plan your finances.

Fee Reductions and Discounts
If you are an LSE undergraduate starting taught postgraduate study at the School, click here for guidance on fees reductions.

LSE offers a range of discounts for all self-financed students based on when payments are received at LSE. Click here for further information.

Scholarships
If you are a Home UK/EU undergraduate starting a programme in 2006 or later please click here for guidance on student loans, bursaries and scholarship arrangements.

Part-time Study
If you register as a part-time graduate student, the fees quoted are normally half the full-time fee. In your second year you will pay half the full-time fee quoted in the table for that year.

Undergraduate programmes are not available on a part time basis. The fees shown relate to full time students who are allowed to repeat tuition by The Student Progress Panel . The total fee to be paid is dependent on the number of units repeated.

For more information, please contact the appropriate office.
