Investors in People (IIP)

IIP is a well established, national, externally assessed award that recognises workplaces commitment to good communication, active involvement of staff and appropriate investment in staff learning and development.

It is something the School publicly committed to working towards in 1999 and to date, the following areas are recognised:

• The Central Administration - comprising Estates, HR, External Relations, Central Catering, Research and Project Development, Residential Services and Estates -  to see a copy of their Report please click HERE

• Academic and Professional Development, comprising the Language Centre, Careers and the Teaching and Learning Centre
• Library

Together, these areas employ over half of our staff.
