A big welcome from all the Residence Staff! Grosvenor House has a twin-track management structure: the Senior Resident and his team preside over student administration, welfare and discipline within the residence; whilst the day-to-day management of the Residence is the task of the Residence Manager and her staff who have responsibility for reception services, cleaning, maintenance and facilities within the hall. Roberto has worked in and managed several LSE halls and his years of experience and good humour make him an indispensable part of the GH administrative team. He is a graduate of the University of Rome and is fluent in five languages: Italian, Spanish, French, English, and Mandarin.

Security Staff - Overnight and weekend
Magenta Security Services provide our security guards who will offer help whenever they can, however their prime responsibilities are for the security of residents and helping with urgent needs outside normal office hours. Please provide proof of residence if asked. Please note - security guards cannot handle cash, process payments, send faxes or photocopies. Our main security Guard at Grosvenor House is Buba Camara.
