Maintenance report form

If you detect a problem that our maintenance staff need to attend to either in your room or elsewhere in Carr Saunders Hall, you can notify reception by using the report form below.  If the fault requires urgent attention, please visit reception in person or call '0' from any phone within the Hall in order to report it.

Please complete your details (so we can contact you if there are problems or we need further information) and the fault details (so we know where to go and what to do). 

Please be as clear as possible when providing us with the location and nature of the fault. A lack of clarity is likely to result in a delay to the repair being made.
