Adia, Seema - Front of House Manager

Seema manages the reception team and arranges the schedule to make sure reception is working at all times.

Anderson, Richard - Service Manager 
Richard takes care of everyone who works here and strives to ensure that his team run a smooth and pleasant service for all residents. Richard can usually be found working at Bankside House during office hours.

Barrett, John - Catering Manager
John Barrett organises the kitchen and restaurant in order to provide you with the best service at breakfast and dinner. The restaurant is open from 7-10am for breakfast and 6-8pm for dinner. During weekends a brunch service is provided as an alternative to breakfast from 10am-1pm. The restaurant opening hours may change during term from time to time. Changes will always be advised in advance.

Gangjee, Dev - Warden
Dev is the Warden at Bankside House, part of the team which is responsible for welfare and disciplinary matters at the hall. Along with the Senior Resident and sub-wardens, he has a broad mandate which ranges from concerns about health or financial matters to noisy neighbours and missing milk. When not in Warden mode, he moonlights as a Lecturer in Intellectual Property at the Law Department.

Maintenance team - Darren Holmes and Danny Farrell
Darren is the maintenance engineer and Danny the maintenance assistant. Any maintenance problem you find in your room, from a lamp failure to a leak or a blocked shower, will be forwarded to Darren and Danny and they will take care of it for you. The maintenance team works every day, from 8am to 4pm.

Reception team
The reception team will be your first welcome to Bankside House. Reception is open from 8am to 8pm for payments - on dates to be advised - and our team will give you any relevant information about the Hall or surrounding areas.

We have a bank of receptionists who work at various times. If you have any problem, from maintenance reports to information on how to contact the warden, the reception team is here to help. If we can't deal with your enquiry immediately, we will refer you to the relevant person who can answer your questions.

Restaurant team - Burt Williams, Magda Baeta, Maria Sexton and Dave Merrills
Magda, Burt, Maria and Dave are the senior restaurant staff. You will see other faces as well: Martine, Cristina and Sandra are all regular staff at the front of the restaurant. Be nice to them - these will be the people feeding you all term!

Security team - Magenta
Working from 8pm to 8am, the security team are located at reception during the night. They will give you any help you need to make sure you live in a nice, quiet and secure place. It's a difficult job, so please work with security to ensure that the hall is kept safe and secure at all times.

Trivett, Paul - Senior Resident
Paul Trivett is Senior Resident at Bankside House and works with the LSE Accommodation Office. Once, long ago he was also a student at the School and liked it so much he never left. Paul deputises for the Warden in all areas of pastoral care and discipline. If you wish to contact him pop in to his office hour in V210, 10:00 to 11:00 am on Wednesdays during term time.

Velez, Patricia - Housekeeping - Ocean Supervisor
The housekeeping team work hard to make sure we all have a clean and pleasant place in which to work and live. They also clean your rooms, at stated days, once a week. Please help by keeping your room tidy and cooperating with the housekeeping team.

Woodley, Jackie - Facilities Manager
Jackie is responsible for facilities and contracts at Bankside House and Butlers Wharf. She handles all the health and safety issues including fire procedures.
