Avery, Esther - press officer
Esther works with colleagues to write press releases publicising School research and events, distribute information to the media, and deal with media enquiries. She is responsible for monitoring LSE's media coverage and collates the School's Daily Headlines service. She also edits the termly Events newsletters and manages the login box.

Deirdre works part-time for the PIO and part-time for the Deputy Secretary's team. She administers the finance for the PIO and coordinates major mailings of School publications.

Gallivan, Nicole - communications assistant
Nicole edits the online electronic staff newsletter Briefing and also the email news subscription service. She works with colleagues to draft press releases and promote LSE news and events to the media and also manages the publications pages of the LSE website. She also assists with managing the photo library and provides administrative support for the office and the School photographer.

Claire is the head of communications at LSE, managing the Press and Information Office, the Design Unit and Web Services. She is also commissioning editor of the biannual LSE Magazine
