The uniting purposes of the Division, in relation to the Strategic Plan, are:
to help generate innovation across the spectrum of the academic and service developments;
to facilitate the flow of information - management, planning, general - in the School;
to assist with the development and the implementation of the Strategic Plan;
to develop and maintain effective decision-making processes in the School - this ranges from running project teams through to servicing major committees, reviewing governance, maintaining continuity in major officer ships and committee memberships, co-ordinating officers of various Divisions to ensure coherent decisions;
with other Divisions, to develop and maintain LSE services;
to ensure regulatory and legal compliance and advise members of the School on these aspects of work.
