Human Resources

The aim of the Human Resources Division is to recruit, retain and develop high quality staff; to promote and encourage diversity at all levels within the School to enable the School to maintain and improve its competitive advantage.

The Division aims to support the School’s strategic objectives by delivering a pro-active and professional HR management service that is responsive to the business needs of the organisation. It also leads the development of policy and procedures that are fair and equitable and ensure that the School’s employment environment encourages, recognises and rewards, high performance by all staff.
