Mrs. Dora Bakoyannis, Greek Foreign Minister, spoke on the theme of ‘Greece and Europe’. She emphasised three policy areas: Greece’s position within SE Europe; Greece’s contribution to peace in the Middle East (including the issue of Iran and nuclear weapons); and the response to climate change.

The lecture was followed by questions from the audience, a reception and a private dinner. Ambassador and Mrs. Theodoropoulos were VIP guests.
