Sending documents through the post

If you are sending your documents via a parcel delivery service who cannot deliver to a PO Box number, please use the alternative address of:

Please note we operate a five day turnaround time in processing incoming post, which may mean that your documents are not processed immediately.  Please allow five working days from the date we received your items before contacting us, to give us time to process them.  

Contacting us via phone or fax

To call us please ring +44 (0)20 7955 7160.  This will enable you to access our automated phone system, which will give you details of your application status; you may also speak to a member of the Graduate Admissions staff by selecting option 3. If you have already applied please have your ID number to hand.

If you wish to fax documents to us please use +44 (0)20 7955 6137.  The five day turnaround time applies to all incoming documents including faxes, so please allow five working days from the date we received your items before contacting us, to give us time to process them.  

Please include your full name and application number in any correspondence.  

Coming to visit

You should come to the Student Services Centre on the ground floor of the Old Building on Houghton Street. Please see maps and directions for a map of the area and a route diagram.

When we are open

Please come to the Student Services Centre in the Old Building on the ground floor for answers to your general queries.  A member of the Graduate Admissions office will be available for in-depth discussion between 12-1 and 3.00-4.00 weekdays except on Wednesdays when we will be available 12-1 only.

What to do when we are closed for visiting, but you have documents or an application to hand in

If you would like to drop off an application or documents, but can only visit outside of our opening hours, you may post them in the drop in box, situated in the Student Services Centre.  Please place all documents in a sealed envelope to ensure that they do not get separated, as this may delay processing.
