For research students
The LSE welcomes application from well-qualified graduates to undertake research leading to the award of MPhil/PhD. General details about applying to do a research degree at the LSE are available in the Graduate Prospectus.
However, research students are based in a Department or Institute and potential applicants are also advised to contact the Department or Institute that best fits their academic background and/or research interests. The relevant pages of the Graduate Prospectus should also be consulted. Please note that each Department or Institute has its own research training requirements.
Please note that the Centre for Environmental Policy and Governance does not register research students.
PhD workshops
LSE Environment will be holding one or more half day and day workshops for environmental research students at the LSE. These workshops provide an opportunity for students to present their work, discuss it with their fellow research students and academics and receive constructive feedback. The aim is to bring together research students from different Departments and Institutes working on environmental topics.
Dates and details will be advertised in this page.
If you wish to present at one of the workshops please contact the Centre Administrator.
If you are a research supervisor within the LSE and wish to be kept informed about these research student workshops, please contact the Centre Administrator.
