Document requests - Contacting the Fees Office

Use this form to request one of our standard documents. We will usually respond within 5 working days, but may take longer during busy times, for example at the start of term.

Completed documents will be available for collection from the Student Services Centre (www.lse.ac.uk/studentServicesCentre) for collection. You will be sent an email notifying you of when to go for to the Student Services Centre for collection.

Opening Times:
Daily: 10am - 5pm (10am - 4pm outside term time)
Wed: 10am - 3 pm

The Student Services Centre will be closed on the 12th and 13th of July due to the Presentation Ceremonies.

If you need a statement of your fees, you can go to LSE for You (http://www.lse.ac.uk/lseforyou) and go to Fees menu - see View Account for more information. If you cannot access your statement via LSE for You, then please continue to complete and send this request form.

IMPORTANT:

For all enquiries regarding "Citibank Introduction letter" and "Loan cheque certificate letter for US Customs", you must provide us the following information the the box below:

  1. Value of the cheque
  2. Cheque number
  3. Name of the Bank/Organisation that issued the cheque

For all enquiries regarding "Canadian Tax Receipts", you must provide us with the correct tax year for which you require the tax receipt. Please also refer to our web page on Canadian Tax Forms.
