What do you think of the new Estates web site?

A lot of effort has gone into redesigning and updating the look of the new Estates web site and the Service Request Forms, as well as greatly improving the feedback you receive on any request you submit to the Help Desk.  Do the changes work in your opinion?  Is there anything else you would change or add to the site? Is there anything that is not clearly explained?
