Requests for services are communicated directly to the Estates Help Desk by completing the appropriate web forms. Please select the form appropriate to your request.

Important information

Spurious feedback emails

Recently some customers have received old feedback emails concerning jobs that were completed some time ago.  MIS have looked into the issue and an intermittent issue has been identified with how emails are created.  The Estates Help Desk feedback system is currently under review and customers will be kept updated as developments occur. 

Your LSE email address

The Service Request forms rely on your full LSE email address (e.g a.person@lse.ac.uk)  in order that the Estates can provide you with relevant details concerning your request.  Please ensure that you fill in this field correctly.

NEW:  A new addition to the forms is Disability Access Request Form.  If you have a disability and wish to bring an access issue to the immediate attention of the Estates Division then please use this form.
