Blinds Budget restrictions do not make it possible to supply blinds to offices without VDU equipment or to offices which can be re-arranged to prevent glare on screens. Requests for blinds should be made on email to The Environmental Supervisor. Please note that, to ensure a cost-effective service, it is normal policy to accumulate orders. Curtains Curtains are no longer supplied.
Cycle Parking A secure cycle park is situated in the Towers car park. Full details can be found on the Cycle Park page.

Decoration The School operates a cyclical programme of painting and requests for this work should be directed through each department's manager. Requests for painting are considered on a priority basis only and have to have been made by February of the preceding year to enable budgets to be formulated. Department Managers should send requests to Pat Causley, Estates Division, Queens House QH400. Contact: Pat Causley
Desk lamps Requests for provision of or repairs to desk lamps should be made via the Service Request Form. Contact: Service Request Form
Doorplates Requests for new door plates should be made via the Service Request Form. Contact: Service Request Form

Electrical Electrical faults should be reported via the Service Request Form. Contact: Service Request Form

Fans Requests for provision of or repairs to fans should be made via the Service Request Form. Contact: Service Request Form
Flooring Problems with flooring should be reported using the Service Request Form. Contact: Service Request Form
Furniture Furniture is provided by the Supplies Section. Contact: Please contact Ron Dale with furniture related inquiries.

Gas Gas leaks should be reported immediately to the Help Desk Emergency Line ext 2444 or to ext 2000 out of normal office hours.

Keys, surplus Surplus keys should be returned to the Estates Division Help Desk in Queens House, QH400.

Moves, furniture Furniture moves are handled by the porters' General Services Team Leader, Vic Finnigan. Contact: Vic Finnigan
Moves, office Moves associated with building projects are organised by the Estates Division as part of the project. Contact Harry Edwards. Contact: Harry Edwards

Pictures Communal areas and some offices have artworks/paintings. It is important to inform Laraine Clark when office moves which affect artworks/paintings are taking place or when paintings are no longer required and are to be returned to stock. Requests for repairs/reframing should be emailed to Laraine Clark (Secretariat). Contact: Laraine Clark
