Campus accessibility and map

The LSE campus comprises approximately twenty buildings situated on public streets. Most of the buildings are old and labyrinthine, with many possible routes from one place to another and several entrances and exits. Teaching, learning and research take place all over the campus. The campus is right in the heart of a diverse and lively area of London. Although most buildings are accessible, routes are sometimes neither direct nor convenient and access to toilets varies from building to building.

There is a programme of building work, phased over three years, to increase accessibility, following an access audit of the campus in 2001.
