View Applicant Summary (VAS)
This view only screen form allows all the applications that a person has made to be viewed.
Student Look-up (HUB)
This provides a quick display-only view of the Student (STU) screen. The top area of the screen contains fields from STU, whilst the lower area provides information in list format about the student course join (SCJ), student's enrolment (SCE), student programme route (SPR) and research student (RDS).
Student Detail by Course (SDC)
Student Details By Course Enrolment is an alternative view of the Student (STU) record showing the details of a student, including their address and contact details. It also links to all the same records as the Student (STU) record. Records can be retrieved by academic year, course, block, programme, route, enrolment status and mode of attendance.
Student Enrolment Snapshots (SES)
This view-only screen allows you to look at a nightly snapshot records. It brings together fields from (STU), including students' demographic characteristics, with information from the student course join (SCJ), student's enrolment (SCE), student programme route (SPR).
