Connelley, Chris - Head of Staff Development Unit
Chris is Head of the LSE Staff Development Unit, which he set up on joining the School in 1998. In this capacity, he provides overall coordination of the training programme and other SDU services like the Coaching Academy, Learn for You and Volunteering for All, which he devised. His major commitment during 2006 is helping the Central Administration to generate best feedback during its Investors in People accreditation visit. Prior to joining the School, he ran the staff development function at University of East London, and has also worked for the careers service and as a youth worker in east London.

Duman, Mehmet - Maintenance Assistant
Mehmet helps maintain High Holborn Residence building by fixing all the necessary fixtures and damaged fittings on a  daily basis.

Eagling, Janine - Senior Project Manager
Working in the ITS Programme Office, Janine is part of a team that manages IT projects, using Prince2 project management methodology from the project mandate stage through to implementation. Typically, she would get involved after the business analysis has been done and it has been agreed that the project has a business case to go ahead.

Maguire, Rachael - Records Manager, Freedom of Information and Data Protection Officer
Rachael's responsibilities include the provision of professional advice and best practice guidance to assist organisational units within the School on their records management needs and to ensure consistency of approach across the organisation. Rachael also works with the School's Data Protection Officer to ensure that the School conforms with the Data Protection Act 1998 and advises on best practice. In addition, he deals with Freedom of Information and is responsible for the Publication Scheme website.
