Anti-harassment panel

Welcome to the LSE anti harassment web site.  In these pages you will find information about the School's policy, procedures and some advice on how to deal with bullying and harassment in the workplace.

The members of the School Anti-harassment panel are there to give advice and help members of staff who feel they are the victim of bullying or harassment.  By arranging to see one of the panel members you are not committing yourself to following the procedure through the formal route.  In many cases we have given advice which can lead to an informal resolution.  The advice and help given by the panel members is often enough to  give confidence to those affected to help change the behaviour of colleagues or managers into a more productive relationship.

It is also important to remember that any meetings or contact you have with panel members will remain completely confidential. The panel members work independently of the Human Resources Division and no records of meetings or cases heard are kept beyond the duration of the formal investigation.
