Green, Louisa - Assistant Registrar
Louisa is responsible for running TQARO and is the primary contact for all quality assurance activity in the School. She runs the cycle of internal reviews and is Secretary to the Teaching Learning and Assessment Committee and the Undergraduate Studies Sub-Committee.

Kneebone, Philip - Administrative Assistant (Reviews and Surveys)
Phil provides support for the two main areas of TQARO's activity: internal reviews; and student surveys. He is also responsible for the operational management of the office.

Leppington, Richard - Surveys Manager
Richard is responsible for managing all aspects of the School's centralised surveys of students' opinions of teaching. He also works with Louisa in managing the TQARO budget.

Martin, Liz - Communications Manager
Liz manages the production of the School's Calendar. She is responsible for the TQARO website and helps co-ordinate published information relating to programmes and courses in the School. Liz is also Secretary to the Graduate Studies Sub-Committee.
