Programme and course approvals (USSC/GSSC/RDSC)
1. New programme and course proposals
All new programme and course proposals require approval from the relevant School Committee:
- Undergraduate Studies Sub-Committee: for UG and Diploma proposals
- Graduate Studies Sub-Committee: for PGT and MRes proposals
- Research Studies Sub-Committee: for MPhil/PhD proposals
We recommend you read the guidance notes and policy document before completing a proposal, alternatively you may wish to seek advice from the relevant Sub-Committee Secretary.
You will then need to complete a new course proposal form:

2. Amending Existing Courses and Programmes
If you want to make any changes to an existing programme or course you will need to inform the relevant sub-committee secretary:
It may be that that change you wish to make requires approval from either the sub-committee or its Chair. The secretary will be able to advise you.
You may wish to read the guidance note and policy document that provides further information on making course and programme changes.
3. Committees and Working Groups website
All three sub-committees meet regularly throughout the academic session.
