Biodanza Classes - special offer
"Biodanza is a system of music, dance movement, creativity and expression and was featured in the BBC TV series 'Making Slough Happy'. The benefits are confidence, freedom, self-worth, wellbeing and happiness. You don't have to be a dancer to take part and there are no steps to learn. All moves are easy to do and are based on natural human movements. Biodanza is for the average person who wants to open up to all that's possible, and connect with their own magnificence."
Gita Sootarsing, a local Biodanza teacher, is offering LSE staff the opportunity to try out her classes.
Classes are held on Wednesday evenings, 7.15 - 9pm at The Studio, Fitness First, Coram Street, London WC1N 1HB (in front of the Holiday Inn by the Brunswick Centre and two minutes walk from Russell Square tube station).
The first class is FREE, apart from a £2 entry to the club which entitles you to tea/coffee/juice/newspaper and full use of equipment and facilities.
Gita's website is www.biodanzacentral.com and her email address is gitasootarsing@btinternet.com
