What is the LSEAIDS group?

LSEAIDS brings together long-established capabilities in HIV/ AIDS research among LSE faculty into an active group of engaged policy-oriented researchers.

Our record of effective research in this area goes back to 1986.

LSEAIDS has strong links across the colleges of London University, in particular to groups at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and Imperial College London.

LSEAIDS also works more widely with infectious disease and has close and continuing involvement with the UK Government’s Foresight Project on Detection and Identification of Infectious Diseases.
