Employment Relations & Organisational Behaviour Group (Formerly Department of Industrial Relations)
Department of Management
The Employment Relations and Organisational Behaviour Group along with the Information Systems, Managerial Economics and Strategy and Operational Research Groups form LSE's Department of Management. The Department, which was formed in 2006, enables us to develop and expand our current areas of teaching and research and has opened up opportunities for new areas of joint work. However as we have remained a separate Group within the Department we have also been able to retain our identity and autonomy.
The Employment Relations and Organisational Behaviour Group is one of the foremost centres in the world for the study of employment relations and human resource management.
It brings together a group of scholars who are all leading authorities in their chosen areas of specialisation.
We have a high percentage of postgraduates and combine strong research output with high standards of teaching. Our courses are informed by the latest advances in the field, and reflect our multidisciplinary and international orientation.
We are no longer taking MSc applications for 2008 entry. For 2009 entry please see the Graduate Prospectus 2009.
