Barham, Eleanor - Research Associate Eleanor Barham is a research student examining the way financial incentives and market structures influence Higher Education Institutions recruitment behaviour and the impact this has on consumer choices. Noden, Philip - Research Officer Philip Noden has worked on a number of different projects including the EU-funded project ADMIT, the DfES-funded project evaluating the impact of the Specialist Schools programme {see publications}, the national evaluations of the Excellence in Cities Programme and the Two Year Key Stage 3 Project {see research activities}. West, Anne - Professor of Education Policy Anne West is interested in equity issues in relation to education, including market-oriented reforms, particularly school admissions, the financing of school-based education and higher education. She also worked on the national evaluations of Excellence in Cities, Aimhigher: Excellence Challenge and the Pupil Learning Credits pilot scheme.
