ALUMNI - All queries regarding the Alumni email accounts should be directed to the Office of Development and Alumni relations. In the first instance you are asked to look at http://www.lse.ac.uk/collections/alumniRelations/ for an introduction and guide to the services. Most questions can be answered here and if you are still having difficulty you will be able to contact the department directly on 020 7955 6412.

Files held on central fileserver computers, which the user sees as "h: space", are regularly backed up to provide protection against system failure or loss of files. The system is not designed to guarantee recovery of files accidentally deleted by users. However, it is often possible to restore such files, if the accident is discovered quickly enough.
